4M Building Solutions, headquartered in St. Louis, said it will acquire Florida-based Kimmko Cleaning Solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“The Kimmko accounts fit perfectly into our current 4M footprint of operations and complement our strategic growth plan,” Tim Murch, CEO of 4M, said in a statement. “4M is proud to have all the outstanding Kimmko customers added to our 4M customer base.”

Kimmko has operations in Southeast Florida. The acquisition will add to 4M’s current footprint in the state of Florida, where its client locations include Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Orlando and Jacksonville, the company said.

Stephen Mikolas, founder and CEO of Kimmko, will join the 4M family and lead the company’s sales efforts in Southeastern Florida, the company said.

4M Building Solutions is a full-service janitorial contract cleaning services company founded in 1978. According to its website, the company has generated more than $60 million in annual revenue. It has more than 3,000 employees and cleans 85 million square feet of space every day.
