VALLEY PARK, Mo. – Ameren Missouri is bringing out its Falcon Cam.

A pair of peregrine falcons is nesting in a box at Ameren's Sioux Energy Center, and for 13 hours each day you can check in on them via the live web cam.

The project is in conjunction with the World Bird Sanctuary and the Missouri Department of Conservation.

A spokesperson for Ameren Missouri says the female bird has just laid her first egg. More are expected, and the camera will be live each day until nesting is complete and all of the babies have left the nest.

You can watch the stream live through Ameren Missouri's website between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. each day.
