ST. LOUIS — 5 On Your Side is proud to once again support the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and continue fighting for a cure for breast cancer. This year the organization is changing its focus.
Join us at the Komen Greater St. Louis More Than Pink Walk beginning at 7:30 a.m. June 8 in downtown St. Louis for an event like no other. The opening ceremony celebrating survivors begins at 9 a.m., and the two-mile walk will follow at 9:30 a.m. Attendees may register as an individual, join a team, or create their own team through KomenMissouri.org.
The More Than Pink Walk places an emphasis on fundraising, making it easy to create a personal fundraising page and to share the link. Komen Missouri says 75 percent of net proceeds are granted to community programs aimed at fighting breast cancer.
