The family of a 14-year-old boy murdered on the way home from a library wants answers about his death.

They gathered for a vigil tonight, as St. Louis police search for his killer.

Police say Jamarr Mack,14, was found lying on the sidewalk in the 4300 block of Lee Avenue just before 8 Monday night. He died in a nearby hospital from gun shot wounds.

Police have not confirmed a motive for the shooting, in the meantime loved ones reflected on Jamarr's short life at the vigil. You can visit the GoFundMe page to help out Mack's family by clicking here.
