Two men are now facing first-degree murder charges in the death of 25-year-old Freddie Donald.
Sherrod Greenlaw Jr, 22, and Darris Simmons, 20, have both been taken into custody in the state of Tennessee.
According to the probable cause statement, Greenlaw and Simmons were in the backseat of a car when they shot Donald, who was the front-seat passenger.

St. Louis County police are investigating after a man was found shot to death in a vehicle in North County.
Police responded to a call of an accident at the intersection of Prigge Road and Riverview Drive around 4 a.m. Tuesday. Once on scene, police reclassified the incident as a homicide.
Officers located a vehicle that had run off the roadway and struck a pole. A man was found suffering from gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was identified as 25-year-old Freddie Donald of Geraldine Avenue in north St. Louis.
