St. Louis-based IT consulting firm GadellNet has plans to grow its workforce 23 percent in 2018, the company said.
GadellNet currently employs 65 people total, with additional offices in Indiana and Wisconsin. The workforce growth, which includes new client site engineers and help desk engineers, will impact all offices, a company spokeswoman said.
The company also will hone in on business intelligence and cybersecurity and implement automation. GadellNet said it aims to reduce client wait times by up to 25 percent and increase overall efficiency by 15 percent through automation, which GadellNet said will be a big factor in its growth this year. The company reported $10.01 million in revenue last year and projects to make $10.8 million in 2018.
