Police are investigating after three people were robbed at gunpoint Wednesday night in two different incidents.

Two victims told police they were approached by a man and a woman in the 7000 block of Forsyth around 7 p.m. One of the victims let the woman use their cellphone and that’s when the man flashed a small semi-auto handgun and demanded their money.

While officers were searching the area another call was received for a robbery in the 6200 block of Cabanne. The victim told police a woman approached him and asked to use his cellphone because she had a flat tire, a man then approached him and demanded his cellphone and wallet.
