ST. LOUIS — UPDATE: Theodore Jackson was located safe, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man with dementia who was last seen Monday morning.

St. Louis City Police issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for Theodore Jackson, who goes by Jack.

He’s 86 years old and has dementia. Jack is 5’11” tall and weighs 160 pounds. He is bald on the top of his head and has silver hair on the sides. He was wearing a baseball hat, blue shirt and possibly jeans.

Jackson left his home Sunday to go to a nearby grocery store and didn’t come back.

His wife received a call at 7 a.m. Monday from a stranger who said he saw Mr. Jackson at the Petro Mart on Veterans Memorial Parkway near I-70 in Lake St. Louis. The stranger said the man was tired and confused at the time.
