A St. Louis-area breakfast and lunch restaurant concept plans to open two locations in Overland Park, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City.
Shack Breakfast & Lunch lists two area locations as "coming soon" on its website. The restaurant, which has locations in Valley Park, Chesterfield and Frontenac, also plans to add new locations in Creve Coeur and O'Fallon, Missouri.
There are no specifics on the site about the expansion to the Kansas City area. One location is listed as being in the area of College Boulevard and Metcalf Avenue and the other near 135th Street and U.S. Highway 69.
Shack is a concept of OG Hospitality Group. The company also operates The Corner Pub and Grill, and The Tavern Kitchen and Bar.
