A family friend started a GoFundMe page to help with expenses for the family, raising over $2,600.

A family who had their truck stolen from a hospital received a new truck from the generosity of a local dealership.

Last week, the father of 13-year-old Bradyn Trower said he left his truck in the parking garage around 2 p.m. at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital. When he returned to the truck just a little over a day later, the truck was missing.

Police recovered surveillance footage from the garage which showed two unidentified men, one driving a white, older-model sedan, and the other occupying a tow truck. They both entered the parking garage and parked near the missing truck, hooking it to the tow truck. They then exited the garage, heading in an unknown direction.

Bradyn is battling Chohn's disease and had part of his colon removed at the hospital prior to the theft.

Tuesday, Cardinal Buick GMC donated a new truck to the Trower family.

A family friend started a GoFundMe page to help with expenses for the family, raising over $2,600.

Police are still searching for the suspects involved in the theft.
