ST. LOUIS — Family, friends and even complete strangers gathered Monday to honor the life of a Clinton, Missouri police officer.
Christopher Morton not only served the people of Clinton, he was also a member of the Missouri National Guard.
On Thursday, fellow officers and friends from Morton's military unit gathered sharing stories of Morton. They described him as "a one of a kind guy" and "having a soul bigger than anyone they've ever met."
Officers from Florissant, Wentzville and Ballwin made the trip to Clinton to honor Morton.
