ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. — A 12-year-old girl who had been missing since Tuesday afternoon has been located and is safe. The St. Charles County Police Department shared the update Friday morning.
The girl was reported as a runaway. There were extra concerns because she was without medication that she needs.
