Here's where you can try curling in St. Louis

If you've caught yourself vigorously mopping the floor or doing twirls in your bedroom, you might have Winter Olympics fever.

ST. LOUIS- If you've caught yourself vigorously mopping the floor or doing spins in your bedroom, you might have Winter Olympics fever.

After the U.S. men’s curling team won one of the unlikeliest gold medals on Saturday, the world of curling has gained a lot of attention.

St. Louis has had its very own curling club since 2010. The club has a youth, high school, wheelchair and adult curling leagues.

You can stop using your Roomba Vacuum as the 42-pound granite stone and learn how to curl at the Creve Coeur Ice Arena on:

  • Saturday, Feb. 24 at 9:15 p.m.
  • Thursday, March 1 at 8:15 p.m.
