ST. LOUIS - St. Louis police said they've arrested a driver wanted in a deadly hit-and-run in north St. Louis tonight.
Investigators said the driver hit a man at North Broadway and Christian. They say the driver sped off then made a U-turn and came back toward the scene.
Police said an officer spotted the car and pulled over the driver. They say the suspect is cooperating.
Officers have not identified the victim.
