Two teenagers are facing felony charges after three nights of damaging cars and homes in Washington, Mo.

The young men, 18-year-old Nicolas Dean Holtmeyer and 17-year-old Samuel Hays Baker are charged with Tampering with a Motor Vehicle in the first degree.

A third teenager, a 16-year-old female, was not charged and instead released to her mother by the Franklin County Juvenile Office.

Both men have a $25,000 cash-only bond.

The damage was done over several nights using a pistol style CO2 powered BB gun.

Car windows were shattered all over the city, but the majority of the damage was in the Quail Run, Dawn Valley, and Meriweather Subdivisions, according to police.

The total cost of the damage is still being estimated, and further charges may be filed when that amount is determined.
