Trump voters weigh in one year later

It's been one year since Donald Trump was elected. What are some of his supporters in Missouri and Illinois saying one year later?
CLEVELAND, OH - JULY 21: Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump gives two thumbs up to the crowd during the evening session on the fourth day of the Republican National Convention on July 21, 2016 at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio

The latest NBC News/Wall Street Journal Poll shows a 38% approval rating for President Donald Trump.

According to USA Today, the approval rating is the worst in modern times for a president at the nine-month mark of his presidency.

But if you travel to counties in the Bi-State that widely favored President Trump last November at the polls, you'll likely still find strong support for the 45th President. That was the case in Washington County, Missouri and Washington County, Illinois. Trump supporters who were interviewed by 5 On Your Side said they had no regrets and plan to vote for him again.

"I'll put a sign out front and I'd vote for him again," said Larry Boreup of Nashville, Ill.

"He's a no-nonsense kind of guy and if Congress would work with him I think he could do great things," said Maureen Mills of Potosi, Mo.
