The future of zip lines at Hidden Valley took a step forward Monday night.
The Wildwood City Council overwhelmingly approved the proposal by a vote of 13-3. It gives the ski resort something to offer in the offseason.
Owners said they needed another opportunity to make money or they'd have to shut down.
The decision comes after months of back-and-forth between the resort and Wildwood. A press release from the city said the city's main points during the negotiation were the placement of the ziplines and hours of operation.
