David Cassidy's daughter Katie took to Twitter on Friday to share his last words.

"Words can't express the solace our family’s received from all the love & support during this trying time," said the 30-year-old Arrow actress, who is the daughter of Cassidy and model Sherry Williams.

"My father’s last words were 'So much wasted time.' This will be a daily reminder for me to share my gratitude with those I love as to never waste another minute....thank you."

The 67-year-old entertainer and 1970s teen idol died Tuesday after being hospitalized with organ failure.

The former Partridge Family star announced in February that he had been diagnosed with dementia. Just before sharing that news, he said he was retiring from touring.

The decision to stop live performances was because “I want to focus on what I am, who I am and how I’ve been without any distractions,” he said at the time. “I want to love. I want to enjoy life.”

The star is survived by step-mother Shirley Jones, half-brothers Shaun, Patrick and Ryan; daughter Katie Cassidy and son, Beau Cassidy, from his former wife, Sue Shifrin.
