Officer Chris Scanga plans to present the bike to the family on behave of the chief and the entire department.

“Our main goal is community policing we want to be there for the residents in every aspect, so this is just one more step that we could show that we are here for them,” Scanga said.

He also mentioned that the entire St. Ann police department wants to make sure Elliot's son is able to enjoy a nice bike ride once the weather breaks.
