Pappy's Smokehouse co-founder joins Guerrilla Street Food

Guerrilla Street Food has tapped Pappy's Smokehouse co-founder Mike Emerson as a consultant for the growing Filipino-American brand.

Emerson will offer Guerrilla Street Food owners Brian Hardesty and Joel Crespoadvice on a range of issues, from employee retention to scalable operations, according to a statement by the company. Emerson also serves as a consultant and spokesman for Pappy's since he stepped away from day-to-day operations.

“Brian reached out about on expanding their business, and the conversations spurred on from there," Emerson said in a statement. "Through my years in this industry, I’ve learned so much from others like Danny Meyer by simply listening and asking questions."
