St. Louis (KSDK) - Brighten a serviceman or woman's holiday! You can send wishes overseas to make the holidays a little happier this year.
Join the Red Cross, St. Louis Rams and NewsChannel 5 to help collect 25,000 signed cards to send to those who have sacrificed to protect us.
You can drop off your cards through November 30 at participating Hardees restaurants, BP gas stations and Red Cross offices. The cards will be sent to Washington D.C. to be screened and shipped to military locations around the world.
Rams Defensive End Chris Long has volunteered to be the honorary chair of this year's Holiday Mail for Heroes Campaign. Long will appear at the Rams/Red Cross blood drive at the Heights Recreation Center in Richmond Heights on November 27.
The Red Cross Services to Armed Forces program has provided humanitarian support to the United States military, veterans and their families for nearly 130 years.
