'Dancing Granny' wows 'Britain's Got Talent'

Age clearly means nothing in a Britain's Got Talent video that's gone way viral.

First posted to YouTube on Saturday, the clip features a gasp-inducing act that performed on the show and amazed everyone, most of all judge Simon Cowell. It's got more than 7 million views.

It starts out, as Cowell notes, "a little slow and normal," and then, he says, "it all went ballistic."

The act - dancers Paddy & Nico - performed a salsa that wowed the crowd. Paddy Jones, who will turn 80 in July, was flipped and twirled and thrown about by her partner. She is now being called "the dancing Granny." Her real name is Sarah Patricia Jones and she has seven grandchildren, according to The Mirror.

Said Cowell after the dance: "Wow. I apologize for what I did because I did obviously buzz a little early!"

So who is Paddy?

She started dancing at the age of two but gave up dreams of becoming a professional dancer when she had children. Her husband, David, died in 2003. Living in Spain at the time, she began dancing again at the age of 69 at Nico Espinosa's dance academy.
