A dance class for pregnant women

Dana Dean introduces us to the St. Louis woman who started these unique classes.

More and more women are dancing their babies into the world, and St. Louisan Stephanie Larson plays a big role in that. She founded Dancing For Birth™ in 2001. Her classes have grown in popularity ever since and are now taught around the world.

Larson said, "The Dancing For Birth™ class combines the prenatal fitness with body-based childbirth education and just a whole lot of celebration."

There's a weekly class at Mercy Hospital starting September 15 and a monthly class at Missouri Baptist Medical Center starting September 17. For more information, visit www.dancingforbirth.com
