Gearing up for the Holidays with L'Ecole Culinaire


We're getting you ready for the holidays with a sweet event and delicious dishes courtesy of L'Ecole Culinaire St. Louis. Chef John Womack joined us in studio this afternoon to talk about what's coming up at the local cooking school.

Not only did we make a dish called Sweet Potato Hash but we talked about about the school's involvement with the Gingerbread House Contest happening at Plaza Frontenac. It kicks off this weekend and runs through December 1st and it all benefits the charity Lydia's House.

If you'd like to learn how to build your own gingerbread house, you can take a class at L'Ecole Culinaire.
