Seafood Brunch Bake


2 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

12 eggs

½ cup milk

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon white pepper

1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh dill weed or ½ teaspoon dried dill weed

1 (8 oz.) package chunk imitation crab meat

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes

2 medium green onions, sliced (about ¼ cup)



Pour melted butter into square 8x8 baking dish; tilt dish to coat bottom.

Beat eggs, milk, salt, white pepper and dill weed in large bowl, using fork or wire whisk. Stir in crabmeat, cream cheese and onions. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until center is set.

Note: Perfect for entertaining, this elegant egg dish may be assembled, covered and refrigerated up to 24 hours before baking. About an hour before serving, uncover and bake as directed above.
