(AP) - A big night for some of the brightest stars in Hollywood.
The 71st annual Golden Globes wrapped up Sunday night from the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
"12 Years a Slave" won the Golden Globe for best picture, drama.
The other nominees were "Captain Phillips," ''Gravity," ''Philomena," and "Rush."
Matthew McConaughey won the Golden Globe for best actor in a drama for "Dallas Buyers Club."
The other nominees were Chiwetel Ejiofor, "12 Years a Slave"; Idris Elba, "Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom"; Tom Hanks, "Captain Phillips"; and Robert Redford, "All Is Lost."
Cate Blanchett won the Golden Globe for best actress in a drama for "Blue Jasmine."
The other nominees Sunday night were Sandra Bullock, "Gravity"; Judi Dench, "Philomena"; Emma Thompson, "Saving Mr. Banks"; and Kate Winslet, "Labor Day."
"American Hustle" won the Golden Globe for best picture, comedy or musical.
The other nominees Sunday night were "Her," ''Inside Llewyn Davis," ''Nebraska," and "The Wolf of Wall Street."
Leonardo DiCaprio won the Golden Globe for best actor in a comedy or musical for "The Wolf of Wall Street."
The other nominees Sunday night were Christian Bale, "American Hustle"; Bruce Dern, "Nebraska"; Oscar Isaac, "Inside Llewyn Davis"; and Joaquin Phoenix, "Her."
