KSDK -- The record-setting day is finally here and the winners have crossed the finish line. Not just those finishing first, but the thousands of breast cancer survivors who were able to beat the potentially deadly disease.
At least 65,500 people took part in the 5K and Fun Walk. The number of registrants broke last year's record by roughly 500.
4,761 are breast cancer survivors. There are 1,030 teams taking part.
Jacob Swearingen won among the men's division. Los Angeles resident Vivian Wadeck won among the women. She was in town visiting a friend celebrating a birthday.
Don Dowling won the wheelchair race and Katie Sutton won among the breast cancer survivors.
All of them are repeat winners except for Wadeck.
