Ducklings get police escort back to pond

SKOKIE, Ill. - These little ducklings landed in a spot of trouble in northeast Illinois. They fell down a storm sewer in Skokie, about 15 miles northeast of Chicago.

Fortunately, animal control officers came to their rescue. They pulled the little ducks out and even walked them to a nearby golf course pond.

In the video above you can see mama duck following along.

A police officer even helped out and stopped traffic so the mother duck could safely cross the road and reunite with her babies.
