High school freshman makes 50 Easter baskets for kids in need

ST. PETERS, Mo. (KSDK) – One Fort Zumwalt South freshman might have a busy schedule, but that doesn't stop her from taking the time to give back – to the tune of 50 Easter baskets for children at Cardinal Glennon.

Hayleigh Arbutti is a level eight gymnast and high school cheerleader, her mom says. This year, she decided to make 30 Easter baskets for children at the hospital, but ultimately made 50 with the help of her friends and family.

Next year, her goal is 100!

"She will be putting on a smile on the children's faces while they are in the hospital," her mom, Dawn, wrote on our Facebook page.
