Berry Spinach Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- ¾ cup skim milk
- ½ cup frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
- 1 banana (can also use frozen)
- ½ cup low fat vanilla yogurt
Blend together spinach and milk until spinach is thoroughly blended (this can be an important step so you don't get spinach chunks in your smoothie). Next add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
