Chesterfield, MO (KSDK) -- Construction is underway on a highly-anticipated project in Chesterfield. City leaders helped break ground Wednesday on a new outlet mall.
The mall is going up at Olive Street Road and Chesterfield Airport Road. Developers are putting in new roads to help alleviate any traffic congestion the mall might cause.
A one cent sales tax at stores in the mall will help pay for the project.
