St. Louis (KSDK) -- Gas prices jumped on both sides of the Mississippi River due to Isaac.
Gas prices jumped on average of 15 to 20-cents per gallon overnight because of a slowdown and shutdown of oil refineries.
AAA spokesman Mike Right said this should be the end to spikes from the hurricane, but we may see gradual increases over the next few days.
The average regular unleaded gas price is $3.79 on the Missouri side of St. Louis and $3.99 in the Metro East.
