ST LOUIS (KSDK) -- More than 30 area executives joined 500 across the country by spending the night sleeping on cardboard boxes to benefit the homeless.
The event is for Covenant House, an organization dedicated to helping homeless youth. The goal was to raise $2.5 million.
Executives from the St. Louis Rams, the Mayor's office and other in business, government and media camped out in North City for the cause.
There are close to 1500 homeless youth in the St. Louis area.
