ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (KSDK) - A restaurant owner is using a kickstart program to start a new business.

Last month we told you about Katie Lee. She started a pizza shop in Clayton called Katie's Pizza, and wants to open a new shop in Rock Hill with a bigger kitchen and a bigger menu.

To help do that, she's been working to raise $40,000 through pledges through Kickstarter.com.

Friday is her deadline, and as of Thursday she has $41,000 in pledges from around 230 backers to put toward her new location.
