Since I order more than thirty items online every week, I come across my share of bad customer service. While I weed these retailers out and do my best to protect you from ever encountering them in the first place, I have an advantage. Stores are often faster to follow-up on my complaint because of my consumer work or my social media following. I think it's completely unfair that many stores will otherwise ignore your concerns unless they feel threatened, or are worried what reporters might say about them. That all changes today.
GripeO is one of my favorite apps and websites to combat poor customer service. Visit today's website, submit your complaint about a company that has not followed through on their promise or made you the victim of false advertising. GripeO immediately goes to work using social media and other avenues to make your voice apparent to the power that be. They essentially go after the company in question, make sure your complaint is registered and also assist with conflict resolution. Does GripeO solve every customer service problem in the world? No. If you're dealing with a company that enjoys scamming customers, you're unfortunately out of luck.
