2 dead, 2 wounded in Warren County stabbing

WARREN COUNTY, Mo. (KSDK) -- Two people are dead and two others have been airlifted to hospitals after a domestic dispute resulted in a stabbing on Valentine's night.

Around 7:45 p.m. Friday, Warren County deputies were called to the 26000 block of Humber Road off Highway Y south of Jonesburg, Mo.

The Warren County Joint Communication Center received a 911 call from a male stating he had just stabbed his wife, and had killed several others.

Upon arrival deputies took a 23-year-old male suspect from Bellflower, Mo. into custody.

A female, 27, and a male, 8, were found inside the home with stab wounds. They were both airlifted to a local hospital in critical condition.

A female, 22, from Montgomery City, and a female, 29, from Jonesburg, were found dead. Their identities are not being released at this time.

An 18 -month-old female child was found unharmed inside the residence.

Investigators from the Warrenton and Wright City Police Departments were called in to assist the Sheriff's Department in the investigation. Initial investigation revealed incident was result of domestic dispute.

The male suspect is being held in Warren County Jail pending formal charges for murder.

His name has not been released.
