She provides strategies, structure, and support for setting and reaching career and personal goals.

Sue has twenty years experience counseling and coaching over 3000 individuals ages 17-71. After twelve years as a career counselor at Saint Louis University and six and one-half years as Director of the Career Center at Webster University, she pursued her private career counseling and personal coaching practice full-time in June 2000.

In addition, Sue publishes FocusPoint, a free newsletter; teaches evening continuing education classes through the community college system; and speaks for church, civic, and professional groups.

Ekberg earned her B.A. in Psychology at Adrian College, M.S. in Psychology at S.U.N.Y. Cortland, and Ph.D. in Education (Counseling emphasis) at Saint Louis University.
