It starts out looking like a pizza, with cheese, meat and sauce. But then the whole thing is folded in half and pressed in a grill. They do it every day at "The Global Quesadilla Company". The concept originated with a tiny takeout place called Casa Dilla in Clayton. After five years of success, the owner wanted to expand the restaurant, so the Global Quesadilla opened in Town and Country.
The menu has more than twenty quesadilla options. Global Quesadilla also serves nachos, five different kinds of salads and wraps. You also have choices of where to eat, dine in at the restaurant, carry it out or have it delivered!
