Union, MO (KSDK) - Two Union School District teachers are charged with felony sexual assault.

One of the suspects charged with sexual assault is the Union High School gym teacher, a football coach, and he's assistant coach to boys and girls track and field, that would be 30-year-old Brad Julius.

He turned himself in Thursday. The Franklin County prosecutor says the other Union teacher involved is 31-year-old Matt Rogers, who will turn himself in Friday morning.

People who live in Union say Rogers was a reading teacher at Clark Vitt Elementary School and was also a basketball coach.

Rogers is charged with felony sexual assault for having intercourse with the victim without her consent and he's charged with deviate sexual assault.

According to court documents, Julius and Rogers engaged in intercourse with the same 37-year-old victim, one after the other.  The victim claims Julius and Rogers had sex with her while she was incapacitated.  Authorities say it happened at a Union residence on April 24.

The Union School District says the alleged incident happened off-campus and the victim is not associated with the school district.

According to court documents, Brad Julius said he was intoxicated, and he doesn't remember if he had consent. It also says the other teacher, Matt Rogers, admitted he did not have consent.
