St. Louis (KSDK) -- A second wreck happened near the site of a deadly hit and run in the Grove neighborhood on July 4.
The latest crash happened around 1:15 a.m. Wednesday. A vehicle was heading eastbound on Manchester when it clipped the back of a cab. The vehicle then hit a parked car and went up onto the sidewalk.
People were on the sidewalk when the crash happened, but were not hurt.
A man was charged Tuesday with leaving the scene of a deadly accident in that same area. Investigators said Justin Kramarczyk, 24, hit John Foster Courtney who was attempting to cross Manchester on July 4th.
Courtney died at an area hospital.

Starting tonight, traffic officers will have an increased presence in The Grove.
Also, $2.8 million in stimulus money is being pumped into fixing this situation. It includes widening sidewalks, new pedestrian lighting and furniture. The project will also reduce the number of lanes and the speed limit to 35 mph.
