St. Louis (KSDK) - The Wall Street Journal is reporting there's growing skepticism over whether locally owned Express Scripts can win anti-trust approval to buy competitor Medco for $29.1 billion.
The deal, announced Thursday, would create a giant in the prescription business. Combined, the companies serve more than a third of Americans.
But Dean Benjamin Akande at Webster University believes it will happen and be a good thing.
