St. Louis (KSDK) -- NewsChannel 5's Art Holliday thanked the Today in St. Louis viewers for welcoming him into their homes for 22 years on his last day as the anchor of the morning show.

Art was a great sport as the TISL crew showed bloopers, an interview with Richard Simmons and other memorable moments. Heidi Glaus, Jennifer Blome and Mike Roberts also wished Art well on his new schedule and the team presented him with a cake.

Kay Quinn and Mike Bush also did a skit about welcoming Holliday to the team. Bush joked that he was disappointed it wasn't Cardinal Matt Holliday, but Art instead.

Art will join Kay and Mike Rush as NewsChannel 5 introduces a new newscast at 4 p.m. Art will also anchor the noon newscast.
