  • St. Louis (KSDK) - The Wall Street Journal published a letter Thursday from a "squirrel attorney" representing the Rally Squirrel, demanding the Cardinals "cease and desist all manufacture and sale of Rally Squirrel products."

The letter goes on to say the Cardinals need to release his client, whose real name is Chuck, as Chuck was just trying to get home from work when he was captured at Busch Stadium, and is now a political prisoner.

The letter goes on to list six things the Cardinals can do for Chuck, which includes allowing him to "eat fried chicken and drink beer and play video games during games like Red Sox pitchers."
