St. Louis (KSDK) - Tens of thousands of people showed up in downtown St. Louis to celebrate the 11th World Series Championship of the St. Louis Cardinals.
The Built Ford Tough Parade kicked off shortley after 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
Tony La Russa led the parade with the Anheuser-Busch Clydesdales.
La Russa was followed by the World Series trophy, members of the St. Louis Cardinals staff, followed by members of the team.
High school marching bands from Pattonville, Lindbergh, Seckman, and Belleville performed.
