Edwardsville, IL (KSDK) - A man from South Roxana, Illinois remains at large after being charged Friday with knowingly spreading HIV to two women.
According to Stephanee Smith, spokesman for the Madison County State's Attorney's Office, 41-year-old Timothy Beamon was diagnosed with HIV in 1996.
Although he's not in custody, authorities have set his bond at $100,000.
If convicted, Beamon faces between three and seven years on each of the two counts.
Police believe there may be more victims in this case. If anyone has information on Beamon's whereabouts, or suspect they may be a victim, they're asked to contact their local police department.
