St. Louis (KSDK) -- More than 30,000 Boy Scouts will be coming door to door Saturday morning to collect bags of donated food.
The scouts placed bags outside doors in the St. Louis-area in hopes that the public will fill them with non-perishable items.
The food will then be distributed to 500 regional food pantries.
People who have donations for the scouts, should place the bags outside their doors by 9:00 a.m. Saturday.
