St. Louis County, MO (KSDK) - The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged a 32-year-old Festus man for statutory sodomy and owning child pornography.
According to Officer Rick Eckhard, a spokesman for the St. Louis County Police Department, detectives discovered Charles Holst had been engaging in a sexual relationship with a person under the age of 17 years. Investigators also learned Holst was in possession of child pornography at his Festus home.
Holst is being held on a $50,000 cash-only bond.
Although no other victims have come forward, investigators are asking any who believes they may have been a victim of a sexual crime by Charles Holst to call 314-889-2341.
