Frontenac (KSDK)-- Frontenac Police have found a missing woman.
Amy Grunzinger, 27, has Down Syndrome. She was last seen around 7:30 p.m. Friday walking south on Lindbergh Boulevard between I-64 and Conway Road.
Frontenac Police Chief Thomas Becker says Grunzinger was located Saturday afternoon when a neighbor saw her walking near the intersection of Manchester and Lindbergh.
The woman was unharmed and is back home with her family.
