St. Louis (KSDK) - A 22-year-old Pine Lawn man is accused of killing a man in November 2010.
St. Louis County police said prosecutors charged Phillip L. Buchanan Friday with second-degree murder and one count of armed criminal action.
At approximately 9:30 p.m. on November 21, 2010, police responded to a shooting in the 7800 block of St. Charles Rock Road.
When police arrived, they found Rodney Williams, 20, shot in his home. Williams was transported to a nearby hospital where he later died.
Further investigation revealed information and evidence that led detectives to Buchanan.
Buchanan is held on a $250,000 bond.
