ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Soulard's annual Mardi Gras Celebration begins Saturday and that means the main attractions are just around the corner. In fact, the 19th Annual Purina Beggin' Pet Parade is on Sunday, February 12th.
It's one of the largest pet parades in the country. Thousands of well-dressed pooches will strutt their stuff in Soulard.
